During Hurricane Sandy, my parents and 4 younger siblings' lost all of their belongings when their home on Brook Avenue in Union Beach, NJ was completely washed away into the sea leaving only the foundation. I am so grateful at the outpouring of support for my family during this difficult time. There are no words to describe the complete devastation of losing everything you own and having to start over. We are all very grateful and blessed that they were left unharmed. However, they have nothing left except the clothes they were wearing and one vehicle between 6 people.
Many generous friends have asked how they can help. Besides a new home, they are in need of basic living necessities such as clothes and toiletries. They are a household of adults who go to school and work. Clothes, shoes, uniforms, and textbooks need to be replaced. There are 3 men (ages 25, 26, & 58) wearing size large to xlarge & 3 women (ages 20, 27, and 56) wearing size medium to large. There is also a dog, cat, turtle, & iguana to care for.
I have also set up a Paypal account for donations to help ease the burden and get them back to some sort of normalcy. Please consider donating if you can and please share this with your friends. ♥
Please pray for them as they try to rebuild their lives.

This was everyone in the house only 2 years ago on Halloween.
It's so hard to imagine everything is gone.
We are extremely grateful for any donation big or small. Everything helps.
